'Crockett's Theme' was another track from the soundtrack of the TV series 'Miami Vice', with which Jan Hammer made his name in the mid-Eighties. The initial version of the theme first appeared in the episode 'Calderone's Return: Part 1 - The Hit List' which aired on October 19, 1984 in the USA.Released as a single, the track hit number 2 in the UK singles chart and topped the charts in the Netherlands.
